    1. hot tub when can’t get in a pool to float. Using a noodle u der your ankles and a noodle under your neck. You can float in the water weightless and all the aches and pains go away. You feel no pain anymore. It’s amazing if I could sleep in a pool like that I would.

    2. Hello! Your description definitely describes how much you cherish these moments of tranquility and relief. If only we could sleep in such a peaceful state all the time! Thanks for joining in and helping us find comfort. Warmly - Rebecca (team member)

  3. When I travel, I always carry an inflatable water bottle, a travel blanket, and an inflatable travel pillow for my lower back. They are comforting, especially on long flights, and they clip onto my carry-on for convenience.

    1. - you have some beneficial items should pain appear in full force. Thanks for sharing what's in your pain toolbox. Warmly - Rebecca (team member)

  4. I like this question! I just saw mention of wearing comfortable clothing, of how garments can be soothing when feeling irritable or in pain from spondyloarthritis. Coping with daily pain is hard enough. Being uncomfortable while trying to manage pain and debility truly adds to the mix and can be exhausting. Just yday, I bought some comfortable yoga pants while in town for a doctor's appt. I couldn't wait to put them on this morning. I matched them with a soft warm sweatshirt. It undoubtedly makes a difference for me. I have been feeling so uncomfortable in my "skin" for years. Clothing calms me on difficult days. Having my new yoga pains on may even help aim me toward unrolling my yoga mat and stretching. Curious what others have to say. Thoughtfully, Rebecca (team member)

    1. I agree with comfortable, non-restrictive clothing!
